At 16 I started lifting between my two soccer practices, and it became my escape: the thing that turned insecurity and self-hatred into real confidence. I’m not an influencer with an app. I grew up in it: bodybuilder parents, lifting since 16, a college soccer scholarship in Honolulu, marathons behind me, a biology degree, and ISSA certifications in both coaching and nutrition.
